sorority snaps [alumni version]

I already graduated, but I still snap when I like/agree with something... habits like this don't die.

Background: In the Greek community snapping is a way of showing that you like something or it's good. Snapping is positive!

Sorority snaps on Creole Wisdom will be for reviews and other goodies that I feel the world (my readers) should be aware of.  Sort of a positive review per say.  Here I will keep an ongoing list of snap-worthy things and update them often.

June 2009:

•Crispin over ice. I discovered this at Surdyk's- Delicious, light.

•Malindi pink crocs. These ones for work. I would recommend them to any other preschool teacher. 

•Les Toiles du Soleil fabric.  Thank you Martha, and can you say "future living room pillows?" Hoping to visit here on my next NYC trip : ) 

•Delectable bath products from The Royal Horticultural Society via Bronnley.Their hand soaps are non-drying, and the scent is wonderful. Also, it's a nice change from always doing what is on sale at Bath and Body Works. 

•The Middle Place by Kelly Corrigan.  Perfect read for around Father's Day, or any time. I sped through this book, and loved it- wanted to laugh and cry, which is unusual for me when reading. Please pick it up!

•Sub Zero finally made something I could actually afford.  But I got my new water bottle for free, anyway- thank you to the universe for eternally leaving it in the work lost and found.  It just needed two runs through the sanitizer and baby, it's all mine. I love this! My water stays cool, and the container is especially light, which makes it an obvious choice for traveling and work. Plus it's safer than plastic or even (shudder) re-using disposable water bottles.

May 2009:

•Gap sandals. Perfect for hot days and airplanes. 

•TweetDeck.  Want to streamline all this new technology?  how about a program that helps you make just one status update for both facebook and twitter? here it is. 

•Getting a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota! 

•Toyota camries.  An old car that has been good to me, and is officially "mine."

•Bliss Skintentions.  A great, and I am talking about great, facial moisturizer with spf.  What more could ya need?

•Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.  So very "two thousand and late," but still very good!
